Fresh and clean store. Friendly staff. Fun Frenchys to shop!
The store was clean and really well laid out - almost everything (besides kids clothing and adult shorts) was hung up - which makes browsing faster and easier. The clothes were pretty good quality, some on-trend pieces, lots of decent name brands, a good selection for women up to 3X and lots of larger mens' attire. Great selection of shoes! There were really sexy ones as well as great work heels/booties. The employee who was on was friendly, personable and efficient.
Over-all, a very positive experience - though more than just two changing rooms would be a fantastic improvement.
Would definitely recommend stopping in if you're on your way through Shelburne!
Being from Ontario where some of the used clothing stores are charging outrageous prices, it was good to see more reasonable prices here.
Although it was my first time, the amount of stock seemed ok, customer service was good and prices as mentioned seemed reasonable.
I'm sure the store provides a useful service for those needing decent value. I'll come again.
This is one of the large Frenchy's stores. I never used to buy used clothing but after finding some very new looking brand name shirts like Haggar, Perry Ellis and American Eagle for 3.50 instead of buying full price then yes I am going to buy them. The only difference is the price and the packaging :) The staff are always super helpful too.
I really enjoy Frenchys. You never know what you're going to find.
In comparison to the other secondhand stores along the south shore, they're the best for not selling clothes or shoes that are completely destroyed and shouldn't be sold.
It is always very clean and staff is friendly!
My only complaint is the prices of some things. You could purchase a brand new shirt from Walmart at the same price of Frenchys secondhand shirts.
