Hot water burner stopped working. I called the next day and received swift service. I find companies don't always get credit for taking care of customers; people are most vocal if there is an issue. This is a perfect example of getting everything you could hope for. From the time the hot water stopped working to the time of service was less than 24 hours. More telling, I called in the morning, at the start of business hours, and someone was at my house that same morning, and the problem was resolved.

Gotta give credit where it's due.

Oulton 's are great. Good service and easy to deal.with. I was shocked reading the negative reviews. Claiming negligence for decreased fuel costs after a new part was installed and a problem fixed (!!) after 7 years of service when it was one of the warmest winters in local history seems a tad... well... off. I have called with questions and inquiries and also asked for some follow up and it was always friendly 'Yup, no problem' or "sorry to hear that, we will fix it" I do service work and for the love of God I know not everything is going to be perfect nor will a new part guarantee a fix. If Oulton's stopped there I would not be a customer. My sister, mother and most relatives are with Oulton's- could not even imagine going with another supplier. Local all the way.

I have dealt with Oultons since I moved here 15 years ago. Their customer service is always friendly and courteous. I’ve also heard about their community support programs. They definitely care about their community.

I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ever since moving to the area we've been with Oulton Fuels. We've always had great service and it almost feels like we're part of their family. Whenever I call the office I get great friendly service like they know me personally.
