Challon was extremely professional, got us a better rate than we would have through RBC or Scotiabank, and I qualified for a mortgage with her help, when those banks would not qualify me for one. We now have a lovely home thanks to her. She responded to calls and emails very quickly, and helped with any concerns I had. She did all of this remotely from a different part of the province, with no problems at all. 100% would recommend her to anyone buying a home in Canada.
