Thanks so much for the great service , pickup & drop off right on time. Sure would recommend Grand River Cab to anyone looking for great friendly reliable service.
I love grand valley cab for many reasons....they r reliable friendly knowledgeable company who make me feel safe even tho I was in a horrible accident a few yrs ago.
Shout out to owners shawn and Linda for building up such a wonderful company I'm sure all of paris has to be proud of.
All ur drivers r kind and go out of their way to help
I have a lot to say bc I often use them due to my disability.
Thank you grand river cab!

Locally owned business who are courteous and accommodating. They were understanding with my personal situation and got me from A to B.
Lost a star because driver got lost coming to pick me up one day and was 20 min late even though I scheduled it 6 days ago. Although that was one instance out of 11.
Also just an observation but for some reason I have to give them directions of where to go, I figure as a taxi driver you should at least use a GPS. Then again I used a backroads route to get to work.
My Grandma has been using this Taxi company since she moved to Paris over 6 years ago. She booked me one of their cabs to get me to the airport. The women who drove me was a wonderful person who kept me informed of the route and enagaged in friendly conversation. Extremely happy to support a true local service!
We parked our car at our take-out spot in Paris, and hired Grand River Cab to take us (and our inflatable kayak - in its dufflebag) to our put-in point at Glen Morris. The driver was knowledgeable and courteous and knew exactly where we needed to be to put-in on the Grand River. We would use them again.
