Food was fantastic, great selection. I recommend trying the Pretzel with Cheese and the burger. The only suggestion, the tables are a bit too narrow due to how the drinks are served. Other than that a great time.

Had such a great evening here. Food was on point. Just 1 mention, the steak was a little tough but good flavour. We were in the corner on the patio which was perfect if you have a baby in a stroller (yes we brought our baby!) - get the pretzel ;)

Delicious. Not sure there is a better descriptor for this place. It has catapulted to top 3 of craft breweries for me, and I've been to a lot. Like, a lot lot.

Amphora is a must try. It's delicious with a super cool back story.

Charcuterie board was the hands down best I've had in a restaurant. Oh my goodness those cheeses were to die for.

Mediocrity was promised for service, but jokes on them, they over delivered.

Had the burger, fish and chips, pork belly, poutine, fish&chips then dessert. Very full. Even their washroom facilities were well maintained. Couldn't help but to get beers to take home with us.

Last night we went to dinner at one of my FAVORITE spots Paris Beer Co. We made a reservation because I know how busy this place can be. Its a bit of a hot spot and for good reason. We have been here a few times. Once in the summer. And once for the New Years menu. We always enjoy ourselves here. This time I decided to order the brewers burger. My brother ordered the mushroom toast and it looked so beautiful I HAD to take a photo. It smelled so good I almost stole from him Oh My Lanta my burger was GOOD! It was a beautiful, big, juicy beef patty with a generous serving of bacon on top. It also had this onion marmalade that was to DIE for. The fries had this beautiful Mediterranean type spice blend on them and were served with a beautiful garlic mayo type dipping sauce. For beer I stuck to my favorite which is the Helles Lager. It is light, refreshing and an easy drinking delight. The service was fantastic! The lovely gentleman even remembered us from our previous visits. He was quick witted, funny and smart and made the experience great. He was attentive and always there with a fresh beer when we needed one. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great time, great ambiance, great food AND fantastic beers.
