For all who remain critical of their WAIT times let me say that we are FORTUNATE to have this facility and the Dr's., nurses and staff who come in over the weekends to provide medical treatment for us. The physicians, nurses and staff work diligently to care for each and every patient. So please, before you give a negative review so freely think twice about what has been provided to us. Be grateful. Thank them - not criticize them, for being there for us. .... waiting is every where. We learned these skills as children. Trust me, they have YOUR best interest at heart! I give this facility 10 stars.
This is the only place we will come. They see you quickly and are so fast and friendly. So much better than anywhere else we have been. They enjoy their jobs and you can tell. Thanks guys, you are awesome at what you do and I appreciate not waiting hours to see someone.
When I broke my wrist, this was the closest urgent treatment centre. After a very brief wait in triage I was in the radiology room within 30 mins. Following another brief wait for the doctor to review the images with me. I knew the course of action and had my paperwork ready to go. I was having a difficult time dealing with pain and the nurses were fantastic at addressing my needs for comfort. They were all so professional but relatable. They connected with me and I felt cared for. Thank you Willett staff for getting me fixed quick!
Took my daughter in yesterday -- I guess I didn't realize how sick she actually was. She was triaged within 3 minutes and they even offered her a bed right away so she would be more comfortable. Saw the doctor within 15 minutes, got some test results right away, and were out the door with a prescription and instructions within 45 minutes. Other patients were definitely waiting longer, but they spotted how sick she was right away and treated her accordingly. The nurses were extremely kind, and Dr. Pysklywec was extremely thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable. Can't say enough about our experience there yesterday.
