When I was in a jam with a machine that didn't even come from them, they were quick to go above and beyond to get me back up and running. They had solved my problem quickly and professionally before the dealer I bought it at even called me back. Adrian in parts and John in service were a pleasure to work with. I will be using Bobcat of Brantford for all my equipment needs before any other dealer from now on.

(October 17, 2019, 8:59 pm)Call john at service at lunch. Had a tech in yard at 330. Part replaced and running in hour. Not a half day down time. Wont happen every day but incredible service with these guys.
