Carillo Carpets did an awesome job of installing laminate and vinyl flooring in my apartment.
The floor professionals were courteous and very reliable and the work was done in just a few days.
I'm very pleased with them and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I bought some laminate flooring and trim for me to install myself. I also had them install carpet in my upstairs bedrooms and staircase. They tore out the old carpet and installed it all in the same day. Not only were they on time but very quick, thourough and cleaned up for me at the end. Thanks will be using you again!

The staff and installer are great at Carillo Carpets but i can't say I am very happy with my laminate flooring, The day after installation I found 4 chips out of the flooring. The manufacturer did come and look at it but I have never heard anything back from them. My flooring is now warped in places. Told it could because of my DOG or moisture. Carillo did come and fix one piece that was chipped and warped but I am still stuck with the rest. I have made numerous contact with the manufacturer but as of this date I have never heard anything back from them. I had other laminate flooring for over 14 years with absolutely no problems!!!

From start to finish I felt that my small job was important to them. Everyone on the team was courteous and professional. They were willing to take the extra time before, and after, to make sure the job was done right. It was such a pleasure to work with them. Highly recommended. Would definitely use them again.
