We have used this company twice within the past year and will do so again - Josh Cook is very professional and gave us a very reasonable estimate - something VERY hard to come by in Brantford these days!!! Simon & Tom (our arborist team) were such a pleasure; super knowledgeable, professional, respectful of the land (this is key!), worked solidly the entire day in blazing heat (with smiles) and have a clear passion for their work. We have a massive forest of a yard, and not only did they complete the work order carefully and efficiently, they cleaned up after themselves when they were done, leaving my property looking way better than when they had arrived. After part of a tree fell down in my back yard, I called Davey as well as a local business to see about removing the rest of the tree. In the end I went with Davey since they quoted me the same price and they seemed to have better resources for removing the tree from this awkward location. Josh, the sales person was great and very responsive and the two operators that came to do the work were fast and friendly and cleaned up everything when they were done. The only issue that arose was I didn't know the day they were coming and it conflicted with garbage pickup and the Davey truck was blocking access, so the garbage men left without picking up our trash (there was no mention if they asked the guys to move the truck).
