(September 26, 2022, 12:47 pm)Larry was an amazing driver taking me to the VIA rail even earlier than I expected and the operators/dispatchers were very understanding and fast.
(September 25, 2022, 6:51 pm)I called and got a taxi within 10 minutes. Based on EasyRide reviews it was the first taxi company in Brantford I chose to call. My destination was Simcoe and I was so relieved with the quality service the company offered. The driver was professional and polite. I will be taking this taxi service regularly and I highly recommend it.
(November 27, 2021, 11:01 am)Easiest taxi experience I think I've ever had and I haven't experienced many.
The taxi arrived within 5 minutes of my call, the gentlemen driving helped me with my heavy bags and he knew exactly where I needed to go for drop off.
He was very friendly, even giving me a bit of history about the area we were stopping at. (I love history about the city and my surroundings).
He helped me unload and even cut me a bit of a break on the bill as I only had a $50 and it was $21.50. Now that I think of it, I didn't tip the nice gentleman. Newbie taxi rider mistake big time...Oops.
All and all it was smooth, pleasant, safe, and no complaints from me.
