Last year I urgently needed help with getting Hydro One to finish the expensive upgrade to our business, we were without hydro for four months in preparation. We are a seasonal park that opens May 1st yearly. I was out of options the week prior to opening and heading into full panic mode. I contacted Will Bouma's office, immediately they contacted Hydro One and I received a phone call that then set everything in motion. We are usually preparing for "open" throughout the month of April, we were unable to prepare without any hydro. Two days before we opened Hydro One came to finish the upgrade. Upgrades are extremely expensive costing in the hundreds of thousands of dollars range. We needed to open on time for our customers and to recoup the expense of the upgrade. Will Bouma and his team got me the service I needed and quickly. His team followed up with me to ensure I received all the service I needed. I wanted to say thank you, it's great to have you there to depend on especially at a stressful time like that.
