I was looking into switching mortgage providers and decided to go with Tandia. The service was impeccable! There was care and consideration given that I have not experienced with other banking institutions. The service was individual and I was not made to feel pressured into any decisions, everything was carefully explained. Ms. McNeil is wonderful!!!

I have been very happy with the staff and service that I received since I have been a member of the Brantford branch. The staff have always gone over and above to satisfy my needs.
