Great place to go for a horse ride 👍

Just came here today with my son for a trail ride. Cannot express how kind, helpful and friendly the staff was. They answered all my questions and made us feel so comfortable. The horses are lovely and there is an adorable old donkey who hangs around and lets you pet him while you wait :)

I board my mare here. She has been here for about 5 years now. The business owner Lyn is amazing and so friendly.

A friendly and well-run stable. Their horses are well trained and very well behaved, and are always well groomed and clean. The trail rides are relaxing, enjoyable, and very reasonably priced. There aren't many places in the Hamilton area that offer public trail riding, and I don't think you'd find a better price than this. I brought a first time rider here, and he felt comfortable and safe on the horse. The guides are friendly, and I definitely recommend coming here for a trail ride. It's an easy going outdoor experience. My only criticism is that they ask riders to mount the horse from the ground, which can be challenging if you aren't flexible, and it's harder on the horses back. I would recommend that they by default have everyone get on the horse using a mounting block - it is much easier for the rider, and is easier on the horses back. The website says you will have a chance to walk, trot, and lope on the trail ride, but the trail rides I have been on here have been walk only. This is fine, because I felt it was a very safe experience for beginners, I only mention it so that you know what to expect. It is a great place and going for a trail ride here is a wonderful experience.
