Brant County Tire

I was in the shop this morning for an oil change and a seasonal tire flip. They were prompt and very friendly to speak with. I noticed that there was a minor exclusion on the tire change(winter bolts) and I went back inside to see if they could look at it when i returned Saturday to get our other car done. I was in touch with the shop and what they did went well above and beyond any need or expectation. Doug, one of the owners I believe, came to my place of work and left me his truck and went with my vehicle back to the shop to ensure all was completed today. The customer service is unmatched, and I HIGHLY recommend this team. And when I got back in my car, he had even put gas in it for me!!!! really unbelievable.

Amazing customer service, they went out of there way to help me out with a flat tire which I greatly appreciated. We just found this place a few months ago and decided to try them out. We will be coming here from now on and telling our family about them.

Started with a patch on my van, the only ones who would do it for me on a Saturday.Then turned into a set of winter wheels and tires for 1 vehicle and tires for another. Great to deal with and super accommodating. I will definitely be back.

I had one tire go flat, they were able to give me a loaner tire until my new tire was in to keep me on the road.

Love all the folks here! Bought my winter tires here and had them installed, they were quick but also did a great job. No complaints, I will definitely be back in the future
