(June 26, 2018, 2:33 am)This company has a gentleman that answers the phone after hours and he is truly atrocious!
I have never been spoken to so poorly in my entire life. Without allowing me to explain my urgent situation, this extremely rude man insulted me and told me that whatever the issue was, he did not have time for it and could "maybe" come next week.
He then proceeded to pass himself off as the owner of the company. If he is in fact the owner, that is beyond disgusting! What a horrible experience experience!!!! Will never use this company and can only hope that they do not mistreat potential customers like this on a regular basis. Truly appalling!!!!!
After the very receptive and great response we got after calling in many months ago, we called again for service last week and I felt it was necessary to update my review!
We called due to a couple problems we were experiencing and from the moment we called in, we felt like we were in good hands.
Darryl came by to address our concerns and he was beyond phenomenal!!!!! He discussed our concerns with us and put our minds at ease.
Hands down, this company has truly made us extremely happy! I thank you for taking the time to respond to my initial review in such a professional manner and for showing us how amazing your company is ????

He was fantastic to deal with on the phone, running through a number of problem solving ideas that would save him the trip out and save us the cost of a plumber. We concluded that we needed Craig's expertise and he was there in no time. Fixed our problem for a reasonable price and the work is great! Very happy! I would highly recommend Hunter Plumbing to anyone.
