AAA Care Auto Repair

I love reading these reviews, the bad ones are the best. The backwards parts guy, demanding and irate! He supplied the cheapest parts. Outer tie rod ends. So we put them on and had the car aligned by another shop who's work is second to none as we try to be. Instead of returning with a complaint he goes to another garage, calls and screams we did him wrong and says we're gonna foot the bill. I said bring it back and we will make it right. He flat out refused, so sorry we can't help you as there is no warranty on parts we haven't provided. And seeing he was so insistent on not paying full price and didn't want to pay tax, we gave him a great deal and still issued a bill that he wasn't interested in receiving. Can't please everyone.

Oh yes, the Mercedes guy, lovely phone call. First thing I asked, what the issue? I also added we don't usually work on European cars. So... a long winded description of a plethora of various symptoms with little or no chance for me to organize the verbal chaos, and demands on a quote of how much it will cost cause he is only going to keep the car a little while longer was more than enough for me to end this conversation. I did end the phone call with have a nice day knowing that would irritate him and not prompt another time wasting phone call.

Gets the job done! Bare bones honest, ingenuity, reliable! One review said he had no customer service skills. Well, je doesnt have to time coddle he gets on the job, puts everything he has into the job - if he spent all his time on the phone he would get nothing done. He is old school with all the technology you could ever wish for in a garage. True to his word - how many shops can say that!? He is as honest as the day is long! Never ever have had a problem. You want big box solutions? Go find it. You want it done right at a community oriented shop? You find it here!!!

Very honest. My Mother took her car to one of those "franchise" places with a steering issue. Was quoted 2 grand. She took it AAA for second opinion, and they did it for half! Plus they fixed a motor mount and some other things price included! Amazing shop!
