I went in knowing exactly what I was looking for. Anyone who’s been here knows it’s a little overwhelming (in a good way). Without the help I received from so many staff members I would have been lost. I went in for one pair of winter boots for my son..........I ended up walking out of there with boots for my son, my daughter, runners for my husband and a pair of matching boots with my daughter (yes I fit in kids). They had the exact same boot in ladies for 129 because I can fit in kids I got them for 59. For boots, sandals, flats, runners even beautiful blanket scarfs I’ll be going back for, for sure ( my bff got one gorgeous) If it wasn’t for the great, great customer service I received from the staff that happened to be working, I would have just gotten what I went in for or maybe would have left with nothing. Customer service is where it starts and this business thrives on that and know without your customers there is no business. This store has staff that genuinely want to help you! Rare very rare to find.

The service here is superb. It's like they're on commission but they don't try to upsell you. Prices are good. Selection is great.

This shoe store is my go - to shoe store. If you're looking for aweaome brand names for less than anywhere else, this is where you go! I have big and narrow feet (for a woman) and I can always find something I love. I also have friends with small feet who love this store. If you need something they don't carry, they can custom order them in for you!
