Avenue Pharmacy

When I moved to Brantford, I kept my pharmacy in Kitchener, but found it was a problem, especially for emergency meds. I transferred everything to Avenue and have been totally pleased at the attention to detail, friendly service and generally everything they do, they seem to keep the best interest of their client in mind. No doubt, especially with a few drugs on my list, I made the right choice.....Thank you to all at Avenue. Just to update my review....I have been an AP customer now for a good length of time, but especially with the kind and caring treatment I get from all the staff there, not to mention their friendly kellos and goodbyes, so why would I not stay with with this winning combo.

After using other pharmacy's that messed up my son's medications, I started using this pharmacy. How can a pharmacy be this helpful and this friendly and this caring? They never make me feel "weird" or "annoying" or that I'm taking up too much of their time when I'm being little chatty Cathy. Everyone can be "weird" at times and I certainly have my share especially when I am not feeling well. They are very compassionate and I will never go anywhere else. Fast and friendly service and they will also deliver. (Fantastic option if you feel too ill to wait for them to fill your prescription). They will also pay for parking if the doctors patients are taking up the pharmacy spots in the parking lot. Love this pharmacy.

The people working here are very nice, the place is clean and the pharmacy staff treat me like a person and not like a potential drug abuser that tends to happen with the type of medication I have had to take over the many years I have been a customer and patient of this pharmacy. The medications that have to be put on back order are not due to the pharmacy, so this review only focuses on the staff and their professional conduct.

I've been coming here for just over 10 years now and they are by far the best pharmacy in Brantford!! I adore everyone who works here.

Top notch service. The pharmacists and staff went well beyond to help us with our prescription for our son.
