This is a fantastic store. Friendly, fun to talk with, and very patient to assist you in finding what you need. Last night we were looking for a tablet case. The girl working checked all the spots they may have been and even a spot that she thought was a long shot but wanted to check anyway. Unfortunately they had none in stock, but regardless of that, this is our first stop for when my spouse or mom needs a purse. I bought my wallet here a couple years ago and it's the best I've had. My wallets don't normally hold up even this long.

I've also started being away from home more often over the last couple years. The luggage I got is from this location look so nice. I don't like flashy things, so it's great to have straight black luggage like I do. What's even better is that were able to pack everything we need for both of us into our big suitcase and use the smaller one for miscellaneous items like a laptop, boots, shoes, etc.

I love mall walking when I go to pay my Rogers bill, and this is definitely somewhere that I like to stop by even just to window shop and say "Hello" before or after we check out Coles as well. The staff are super friendly and seem to appreciate human interaction. It doesn't take an expert to understand that the quality of sales floor staff directly represents the store's management. This store is doing an excellent job with their customer service.
