Kim is amazing. She has helped me to navigate through a new career that involves shift work. She went above and beyond to work through the question of "How do I eat when flipping often from days to nights?" How do I prevent over eating while nourishing my body? We talked about options for the days I eat normally all day and then go into a night shift. Foods to help with nausea and stomach cramping. How to work around "that time of the month" and changes in bowel movements that sometimes come with that. In my profession there tends to be more overweight people and I have been able to manage all of these and lose weight at the same time....Yes LOSE Weight. I finally am in a rhythm and feel like myself again all thanks to Kim.
If you are looking for options and/or help call this girl?
Kim helped me really shed to guilt I felt when it came to eating. She helped me understand the balanced plate and being more intuitive with what I put in my mouth to fuel my body. She is great at shifting and breaking down mindsets that have been conditioned for so many years. Her help was exactly what I needed.
I unknowingly promoted the development of a feeding aversion in my 3-month-old daughter by breastfeeding her too often following a slow weight gain issue. It led to unproductive breastfeeding sessions that left us both frustrated and exhausted. Kim helped to identify the issue and guide me back to feeding on demand by trusting my baby’s cues. While the number of her feeding session dropped dramatically (and Kim was so wonderful helping to alleviate my anxiousness), overall they were better quality and my baby was satisfied. With Kim’s guidance, I got back to respecting my baby and her individual needs for feeding as opposed to comparing to the experience with my other child or being influenced by generalized resources that were too easy to find online.
I reached out to Brant Nutrition after hearing about Intuitive Eating and wanting to learn more. If you're someone who wants to have a better relationship with your food, you should definitely reach out. Intuitive eating is honestly a breath of fresh air in a world that is diet culture obsessed.
Kim has a warm, and inviting personality and meets you exactly where you are. She gives realistic suggestions and recommendations, and has a distain for "diet rules".
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kim to anyone.
I’ve worked with Kim a little here and there but reached out to her earlier in 2021 to really work on Intuitive Eating and finally break free of the diet culture mentality. I was finally ready to give myself the care and time it needed and Kim was so informative and supportive through the process. She has so much knowledge and is relatable in this area which makes a huge difference when I’m looking for someone to work with. She continues to motivate me in my journey and I do not regret finally reaching out to get help!
Kim was very helpful in providing me with the accurate information I needed to make healthy food and eating choices. She took the time to get to know me, my routines and my concerns. I consider her one of my health care professionals that I can turn to whenever I need the support. Thanks Kim!
