Great experience, polite staff. Definitely recommend it.

My experiences at this location have always been positive. However, more recently, after having a very specific type of ultrasound reviewed by my doctor, it was found that they would be requiring further examination at the hospital.

With the hope of expediting the process for my appointment, I contacted the clinic to see when/if they had forwarded the images to the appropriate people.

Jacklyn answered and was kind, professional and profoundly helpful. Going above and beyond for me by arranging for the immediate delivery of the required imagery.

If you are ever in a situation that requires any imaging, I would highly recommend using this location. I have been coming here for all of necessary scans for a number of years. Each visit the staff and technicians have been thorough, careful, kind/friendly and supportive.

The office is clean, usually on time, and always explain anything they're doing. Sometimes you have to ask, but other times they volunteer the information independently.

Staff is friendly and nice. Last minute I had to bring my 4 year old to my ultrasound and the lab technician was amazing with her. I’ve gone to other ultrasound clinics in brantford and have always found the lab technician rude and short. Definitely recommend going here.

Emily and Tiffany at the front desk were a pleasure to speak with and very helpful! The Ultrasound and X-Ray techs were very friendly. This is where I'll be going for any imaging appointments!
