(April 12, 2019, 9:33 pm)We had a superb experience during the Christmas season. The ER was very busy and the waits were long as expected, but the physician was phenomenal. He was attentive and warm and even wore a festive green sweater to match the season. The nurses and support staff all worked hard during what appeared to be a tumultuous night. We have no complaints.

(November 22, 2018, 1:08 am)Just completed a hip replacement surgery at Brantford General. Absolutely everyone, from the housekeeping staff, kitchen, nursing staff, physio, doctors..... absolutely EVERYONE have been outstanding! They are helpful, courteous, considerate and uplifting, and they take care of your every need. Several times the nurse brought me a heated blanket without me even asking. I love this place!
