Comfort Plus ClimateCare replaced our 18-year-old furnace and air conditioner with a new Ruud high efficiency furnace and A/C. The installation crew was very professional. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves before they left. Our new furnace is so much quieter! One less thing to worry about this winter. Highly recommended.
Our 30 year old air conditioner died in the middle of July, the hottest month recorded. Called Comfort Plus and the cause of the failure was do to a mouse in the high voltage. Contacted Wayne who took the time to answer my questions about the various options of purchasing a new one along with the warranties of each. After selecting a new unit the installers came in a little over a weeks time. Braden showed up at 8:30 and promised to have the job completed by 1:00. He did an excellent job of running new wiring and hoses from the unit to the furnace cleaning up as he went and disposing of the old unit. Also a new sheet metal plenum had to be created by Glenn to fit the new air exchanger. After explaing all the features, Braden finished his work and at 1:00 as promised the new air conditioner began to cool a very hot, humid house. Thanks again.
Yesterday I had my furnace and AC replaced in my home by reps from Comfort Plus Climate Care. Two services representatives, Braden and Dylan did a great job. They arrived on time and managed to get all their work done by mid afternoon. It was a big job. They were polite, helpful, asked questions as they needed to and made sure that I was comfortable with all my new equipment and its operational functions before they left. They also ensured that any "work mess" that was created was completely cleaned up prior to their departure. Today is a hot day and I am running my new AC. I feel a big difference in the coolness of the my home and would highly recommend the service and supports provided to me. Thank you Braden and Dylan, and Wayne for organizing all this. As a follow-up note, I had conversations today with Karen and Carol from their administration office. Helpful, friendly and willing to go out of their way for what I needed. Very much appreciated. Called them out to have a look at our AC which wasn't working. The technician ( Joel ) was punctual, professional and had us up and running again in about 30 minutes for a very reasonable fee. i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
