Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have rented cargo vans from these folks, several times now and they are always very helpful and friendly. Vehicles are always clean and ready to go. Good team at this place.

We have rented from Enterprise many times over the last decade (many times each year) and there are multiple things we have loved about our experience. A few of the people have been professional and helpful. (The driver is especially nice!) We love the option of them picking us up and dropping us off (though this has been uncertain as there have been times when they've told us at the last minute that they were unable to do so, leaving us in the lurch.)

What disappoints me the most about our experience with them, however, can be summed up in the phone calls we had with them today. They made a mistake on our account and when we called to ask them to fix the situation, they spent the entirety of both phone calls talking over us. As a customer who was taking time out of my busy schedule to fix a problem that was their fault in the first place, this felt more than frustrating. I tried to explain that I needed them to LISTEN and was interrupted several more times. I can only hope they learn this basic customer service skill in the near future.

By far the best customer service experience I've ever had renting a car. From beginning to end. If things aren't right they do their best to correct the situation. There are things that are out of their control.. what to bend over backwards trying to find a solution. I can only make this comment for the Brantford location. Other locations are hit-and-miss for sure and mostly miss

I love this place, they make it easy to rent a vehicle on line or in store. The web site is simple to use. All you have to do is go pick up the vehicle ...too easy...that's not a complaint...haha.

Carlos is amazing and went above and beyond today for me. Always a great experience with these guys! Have always had excellent service and the vehicles are always clean! Thanks for the great service guys and will always recommend!
