Fantastic club! I love the traditional training methods. My boys are more focused and dedicated to learn. They actually have to put the work in to advance. There is no buying belts (sashes) at this club.
Fantastic place to get back in shape or take your martial arts game to the next level. Real world applications not just fluff like other places. The instruction has been excellent and we are having our son join the Golden Dragon family as well!
