I am so impressed yet again with Hearth and Home. I called this morning with a problem with our old tankless water heater which we had purchased 10 years ago. We ended up deciding to rent a new one and they were able to install it today. Courteous, prompt and professional!

Went to Hearth Home to try to find a difficult to locate part. While Hearth Home did not have the part I was searching for, they were kind enough to fabricate a perfectly acceptable facsimile.

We plan on getting a gas fireplace for our home later this year and we know where we are going to get it...Hearth Home!
