Ken's Computers

Ken came the same day I contacted him regarding slow response on my Desktop, observing the COVID mask protocol, he took my 7 yr old desktop and replaced the hard drive. Copied all files and apps while removing some malware etc. to new hard drive. My desktop is running like new! Thanks Ken.

I accidentally spilled a liquid on my keyboard and my computer died. I called Ken and he immediately got back to me. I took my computer to him and he verified that my computer could not be repaired. He was able to retrieve my pictures, delivered my new computer to me the next day and helped me set it all up. Thank you Ken!!!

My old computer died. A friend recommended Ken. He called me right back and was here within two hours. Took away the frustrating old computer and within 3 days had me sitting at a brand new computer and monitor. Had downloaded every bit of info I had, was so very pleasant, and the price was very fair. I love my new computer and yesterday while trying to recover a dropped pen I shut the whole thing down when moving the computer desk. A quick phone call to Ken and 2 minutes later all was fine again. He is so patient with someone that is not confident with computers and I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and expertise. Dealing with Ken has been a very wonderful experience.
