(March 18, 2019, 9:19 pm)Just came back from a 55 minute massage with Julie. My body was really tense because I'm a hairdresser and also an avid roller skater. Julie applied just the right of amount of pressure; not to cause too much pain but to get through the knots that I had. I typically don't ask for a lot of pressure but today's massage was much-needed... Julie did such an amazing job! I love the staff at Kneaded Care! Next month...a hot stone massage with Michelle...can't wait! The last one put me into a coma ????.

(February 23, 2019, 12:11 am)Adam is a great physiotherapist and he works with you to heal. Doesn't just tell you what to do and send you on your way. He shows you how to properly do the exercises and does them with you making sure you understand before you leave.
