I contacted "My Perfect Neighbour" to inquire about having a custom cottage sign made for a family member to match a print they had in their cottage. Within minutes I received a reply and the process for creating the sign started. Within hours the design was completed and the order made. Every step of the way the service and communication was incredible. I cannot tell you how amazing the sign turned out. It was perfect! The size and the quality of the sign was more than we ever expected and at such a reasonable price. I recommend this company 150%. You won't be disappointed.

We had the pleasure of ordering several items from this company. When our order was delivered to the wrong address (courier's fault not theirs) right before Christmas, they were so quick to make it right and ensure we had the gifts despite being swamped with other orders. We ordered a design sign for our basement bar that says "Wine Time". My perfect neighbour kept in touch with us during the process and when the product arrived there was a small issue.
