Petar was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. Completed the install in a timely manner. Was clean in his work space and left the area very clean when he left. He was very helpful about other products we ask him about and put us in touch with the appropriate people.

All in all, job well done!!!

Arrived in good time! Was very respectful to family and house. Removed old water heater and gave recommendations that we changed order and put in a smaller unit! Was only here for a few hours and cleaned up after himself.

I had recently added on the plumbing protection plan with Reliance and we had an issue with our kitchen sink faucet, toilet and washer. Plumbing technician Mike B. came by and took a look at everything, fixed the faucet and toilet quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately we will have to get a new washer but having Mike’s expertise helped us determine it is not a plumbing issue. He was very friendly and professional and because of the great experience I will be requesting his services again in the future. Thank you Mike and Reliance for your great service!

Great team in today! Trevor, Blake and Terry installed our new hot water tank and updated the ventilation for us. Very friendly and helpful. They did a great job and made sure we knew how everything worked. They were cautious of our pets and courteous to me needing to tend to our baby during our discussions. Thanks so much!
