I went in to the location in Brantford, Ontario and had the most pleasant shopping experiences with one of the sales staff. Skyler showed me exactly what I needed for my hair care products, even telling me the differences between the different brands. She had an amazing amount of product knowledge and was a kind and considerate young lady who didn't laugh at my lack of knowledge. She signed me up for a club member card so I could receive the discounts as well. Anyway thanks again for the great service Skyler.
Great hair colours to choose from. They also sell OPI and China Glaze nail polishes. It’s like a candy store for the Beauty obsessed! The new staff are much more friendly and helpful, compared to the old staff. It’s like a breath of fresh air!
