(June 22, 2020, 5:34 pm)I had lost my card this morning and I realised it when i was at grocery shop. The bank saw some unusual activity and were quick enough to hold it. I went to the branch in downtown and Tracy(if i am spelling it right) assisted me. She was wonderful and was able to politely understand the situation and help me in the best way. I am too satisfied with that experience . With employees like Tracy, it becomes easy to be a part of such a big firm. Thankyou
