(October 8, 2019, 12:40 am)So glad that I didn't have to drive to Kitchener or Hamilton to get our passports renewed! Staff were friendly and very helpful. 5 weeks turn around sounds good to me since we're not in a rush.
(April 11, 2018, 5:46 pm)They Do not process Anything here and they mention that at the Start so if your leaving things last minute use Hamilton or Kitchener. My case I don't mind waiting 5 Weeks and they helped out a lot with my passport forms and made it a good experience. They help double check your forms .
