Generally speaking this location is always quick. Any experience we have had with the staff there has been positive. The only time I see them having to get in arguments with people is when they don't want to follow the rules about ID and paperwork, which is the fault of the person responsible for bringing the right items.

Very good place . I was hesitant due to covid restrictions but this place is set up very well. Lots of hand sanitizer. Person greets you at the door and gives clear instructions . Wait time was very reasonable as they had 4 people behind the counter.

I just returned from Service Ontario and I must say, it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a Service Ontario Centre. I wish I had gotten the person's name that had helped me - she had glasses and curly grey hair. I have just moved to Brantford and was in to change my address on my documentations. Based on past experiences at other centres, I was not looking forward to the process and was anticipating below average service; however, I was certainly wrong. Service was fast and very friendly, and I appreciated the COVID precautions put in place.

First time at this location, service was top notch and the staff were courteous and friendly. Was a very pleasant experience.
