(December 24, 2018, 4:20 pm)I get great service. I just don’t understand how filling a prescription it takes 20-25 minutes when I’m the only person here. I get it you get phone in orders but why not service the people that are waiting. We need to get back to in person customer service and treating in person customers as priority. You can’t tell me that serving in person customers will dramatically affect your phone orders.
(October 19, 2018, 4:49 pm)The girl that cashed me out, set me up with an optimum card without me asking for one, and to make things better she did it so fast that me and the folks in line felt no inconvenience at all. Now if Shoppers could get this super efficient cashier and train her up to be a pharmacist you wouldn't have that monster wait for a prescription that Shoppers is infamous for.
