I have experienced all aspects of Simply Yoga Simply You and have been nothing short of amazed. Melinda makes yoga fun and accessible for all bodies. She has the ability to acknowledge and understand people’s limitations and creates classes that will motivate and inspire all participants. She has the special gift to connect with individuals and create a safe environment where they are able to feel and express their emotions, whether this be during meditation, asana, or reiki. I recently experienced a reiki session with Melinda. I felt I could truly trust the atmosphere she created and was able to let myself “be” in the that moment; feeling my body, emotions, my energy, and I was not trepodatious to let her feel my energy and emotions either. She was able to sense these feelings and provided me with love, safety, and healing energy during the session. This helped me to gain a better understanding of some difficulties I am facing in my personal life and understand the feelings accompanied by them.
Melinda is a remarkable person. Anyone who receives a reiki session or attends a yoga or meditation class of hers will be truly blessed and inspired.
