I'm a first timer here. And haven't even got my piece yet to rate the craftmanship. Because I just took it in today! But!! The kindness. The treating me like we already know one another. Super friendly. And more than fair price for my particular piece that will be on a dog that is champion in his pedigree. Will share finished piece when i get it. Thank you Bill @ Keighleys. The owners of the nicest people you could ever want to meet and willing to help out so much. They have a great selection they could get it for you they can change things the guy that does repairs does a great job the prices are fabulous you couldn't ask for a nicer jewelry store to go to
