Wade and Ingrid have helped twice now with finding the right home for me and my wife and both times the experience was excellent! Their customer service is top notch and it's clear they have their clients best interest at heart. They were always honest with their feedback on homes we visited and asked us the right questions to help find our dream home. On top of that they are always readily available to answer any questions you have.

Selling and buying a home can be a stressful experience but Wade and Ingrid take this stress away and make it as simple as possible. With their customer service they make finding a new home and selling your existing home an exciting and fun experience. Highly recommend!

When my hubby and I were looking for a house we went to a viewing of a house that Wade was representing. Wade greeted us and gave us the information sheet for the house with his card. He was incredibly friendly and professional and I think he realized almost right away that the house we were looking at was not right for us. He answered our questions and as we left the property I said to my hubby "Hold on to his card. when we do find the right house I want him to help us buy it." it wasn't long. We found the house of our dreams and called him up. When we told him about the house we wanted to buy he got all excited, he said that he had been watching the renovations being done to the house and was interested in seeing the inside of it. He set up a tour that fit into our schedule and off we went! Being first time home buyers we didn't understand the process at all but Wade made it so comfortable and easy. he always returned our calls promptly and answered all questions we had. We've been in our house for 5 years now and we love it. I can't see us moving any time in the near future but if we were to need to look for another house Wade would be our first phone call. Anyone who is looking to buy or sell who is in need of representation I strongly recommend Wade and his team!

Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! We were first time homebuyers, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. The Tabak Team was so professional and personal!
