i’ve been going to heather for hair extensions for over a year now and i’ve never met someone else like her. it’s not only about getting my hair done with her but, the whole experience she brings with her never ending smiles and compassion makes it so worth the experience. she makes an effort not only to get to know what works well with your hair to have an amazing outcome but, to get to know you as a person. she never makes it feel like the service she’s bringing forth is all about the money like many other stylists do, but about making you feel like the best version of yourself. she withholds her customer service skills as if you were family. i’d rarely recommend people to go to people, but i’d recommend heather to anyone who wants to get their hair done. she’s the best!

Going to Eminence, and seeing Heather is always a great experience. Heather keeps up with the latest hair trends and is always honest with you if it will work for you and coming up with a plan that you are excited about and that is on point for the season. I have always left the salon looking great. Highlights and cut grow out amazingly, I'm usually the only one that can tell I need touch up.

Well... ABSOLUTELY 💯 worth the drive to Brantford! Heather has done my hair for several years when she worked in a salon Mississauga. As we know... the pandemic did not allow us to visit salons for a long time!
