Switched to a new phone with a new plan. Fast, friendly and they knew what they were doing. A refreshing change having dealt with Rogers previously who frankly have some of the worst mobile phone support and service I've ever seen. Happy to recommend these guys over Rogers for sure.

Ly is my phone guy! Anytime I need ANYTHING I go to him. I have also referred all my family and friends to him. There is no way to put into words the level of customer service he puts in for his customers. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. I've been to a lot of phone stores and most of the time people do not know what they are talking about. The people here are friendly and educated. I can always count on help from the sales staff and help from them to locate devices that they are out of stock. They will not try and rip me off by up selling me and buying more accessories.
