Bonfire on Queen is a warm friendly and inviting place. As the name suggests it's a place to "gather'round" with family and friends, enjoying great food, warm hospitality in a comfortable space.
In short order the wine and plates of fresh housmade pasta w/ pappardelle (duck and sauce) and pizzas arrived at the table.. fallowed up by an affogato, tiramisu, and a cannoli.
A succulent marriage of Italian cuisine with local ingredients.
We bought 2 Pizza's here both with extra toppings with 15 mins until close. It was a little pricey but absolutely worth it. Both Pizza's were amazing! Will definitely be going back.
Picked up 4 delicious pizzas on my way through town. Bonfire on Queen is definitely top quality & best in Bruce/Grey for taste, speed & price. Be sure to try their great coffee while you wait a few minutes. Guaranteed I’ll be back as I just can’t say no to your pie’s.
We tried the gourmet selection of pizzas and shared them. So we got to try a great selection. From the fabulous crust to the tasty toppings, mingling flavours like roasted pineapple and bacon (Lakeshore Luau) or goat cheese and butternut squash with hints of coconut and balsamic reduction (Winter Squash), it's a treat for the taste buds. Parking is available right in front of the restaurant, there is social distancing seating available, and the staff is quick and friendly. Microbrewery (Cowbell) beer, is available, and on a warm autumn day the lovely patio is still open.
Celebrated my 31st birthday with the delicious freshly made Bonfire Deli Sandwich and Lakeshore Luau pizza with added red onions. All their food is made with fresh and local ingredients and you can tell. They make all their bread and dough in-house and was the freshest bread I’ve ever had on a sandwich. After eating all of this I felt great. I was full and satisfied and can’t wait to come back here again.
