CSN Walkerton Collision

We have been going to Walkerton Collision for repairs for many years when our vehicles were in accidents. The friendly helpful staff always made a tough situation bearable. They were easy to deal with from reasonable and accurate estimates, available loaners, and professional timely workmanship. Their workmanship always returned my vehicles to like new conditions. One of the repairs showed some surface rust after eight years and Greg had the bodywork completed and provided me with a loaner all covered under the Walkerton Collision warranty. I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle body repairs.

I would absolutely recommend CSN Walkerton Collision to others.
The only thing that didn't impress me was the detail job inside my SUV. Wasn't as clean as it could have been after being detailed. But otherwise, after being t-boned and worked on at Walkerton Collision, it's like it never happened.

I had some rusty edges developing along the bottoms of both passenger side doors, which had been replaced/repaired by CSN 8! (going on 9) years ago after our kids had had an accident. I took it over to the shop in Walkerton for a look and was hoping they would be nice enough to waive some portion of the normal $- maybe tax free or something since they did the original work. They said they wanted to be known as people who stand behind their work and immediately offered to fix it up for free. I was pretty impressed. Not that familiar with how the auto biz works but am guessing 5 or maybe 7 years warranty is the gold standard usually? I asked that some self inflicted damage also get looked after, and they did that too at a fraction of the normal cost since they had the paint and prep and all set up already. Whenever I have had any insurance claims requiring good bodywork for my vehicles over many years, I have always had the best job done at Walkerton Collision.
