I booked a group event for my friends and we did the breathwork, sauna and cold plunge experience.
We all had so much fun, were challenged and released lots.

Went to For The Love Of Ice studio in Walkerton today. Gillian guided a group of four of us through Breath, Sauna and ice bath. It was my second time doing a experience like this with Gillian and it did not disappoint. The breathwork and cold plunge is challenging for the body but the benefits are so worth it. It’s so important to do things for our bodies that help clear out stuck energy. I left feeling calm, renewed and invigorated. Fully recommend this experience.

My partner and I did a couples contrast session and it was a wonderful experience. Gillian was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The space is gorgeous and welcoming. The feeling of peace and quiet contentment after the plunge was a beautiful thing. This was our first time, and we will be back. ❤️

Received a Couple's Contrast Therapy Session for Christmas and loved the experience. Gillian was a great teacher as she guided us through the breathing exercises and the cold plunge. She explained the process and how we might feel during it before we started and went over our experience after, letting use know what would happen after and followed up the next day. Would highly recommend this session!!

I’ve had 2 amazing experiences here so far and plan to have more! I went once by myself for a session and once with a group. Gillian is amazing,caring and very knowledgeable. She makes the experience of cold plunging much less intimidating for a beginner and helps guide you the whole time. I wish she was closer to where I live but it’s definitely worth the drive!
