Silver Lake United Church Camp

As a former camper I would definitely suggest this church camp if you are looking for something fun for your children to do over the summer that gets them potentially out of their comfort zone and gives them life changing experiences, the camp is an amazing place to forge friendships and have fun over the summer for kids if they are of age to start going to a camp like this. The councillors, and all the staff are amazing people. This was the part of summer I always looked forward to growing up. I was a camper from 2005 to 2011 and my fondest memory was getting to write my name on the walls of cabins 5 and 6 (the boy's cabins at the time) for new campers, best bunk in cabin 6 is the one on the right by the middle window, best one in cabin 5 is the middle left window cuz you get the breeze from the lake, but you didn't hear that from me lol

this is a place that me and my siblings have been going to all our lives and we still look forward to it every summer. this camp leaves god lasting impacts on a child's life. a thank you to all the staff who works to keep the camp a open place to be who you are.

This was my sons first overnight camp experience. He had an amazing time and will certainly be back. Thank you for taking such good care of him and ensuring he had fun.

My daughter had an absolutely amazing time and didn't stop talking about her first overnight camp adventure the whole ride home! Thanks for taking great care of her and for giving her memories that will last a lifetime!

Our children love it here! Would definitely recommend. An affordable camp option just outside of Kincardine :)
