(February 21, 2021, 2:05 am)I reached out to Ray for an inspection. He replied promptly and was able to give a quote within minutes of inquiry. Ray was also sure to let me know what to expect and did his best to manage expectations in advance as any reputable professional should. We were able to schedule a time slot very quickly and Ray was flexible in allowing for a time that worked best for us.
On the day of inspection, he arrived early and got started right away. He was always friendly and courteous and was there to answer any questions whenever needed. One of my real estate investor partners is a contractor and the two of them were able to get to the nitty gritty of everything that we needed to know.
Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommended.
