(July 8, 2021, 3:03 pm)Love going to this store. Saw two items on sale in the catalog. Went in, staff informed where they were, got them and there was a long lineup at the cash out but was efficiently handled by the staff so I got out fast. Very happy.

(May 26, 2021, 1:29 am)Rude service and impatience to get the next customer because i asked a pricing question that other home hardwares had cheaper. Only interested in racking up the $$ with no customer friendliness. I am a senior and first time i have been there after driving 2 hours to pickup an online ordered item which other stores sold less but had no stock.
Very dissatisfied as i am a retail store owner as well. I go out of my way to have a cheerful and happy customer.
Very bad customer service. Salesman needs some training in handling the seniors and non local customers that drive 2 hrs so they can make a sale.
Wow no appreciation. God bless.
(December 29, 2020, 2:51 pm)The staff at this locally owned hardware are always so helpful and courteous! I have ordered items and they are always so obliging to call me when they arrive. They are also now, our new location for Service Ontario and Donna is so professional, helpful and polite. I love this store for their beautiful store and staff!
