Our Vizsla, Tyson, is treated like family when we bring him to Queen Street Vet. They are genuinely good people and are passionate about animals. All the staff are patient and are always willing to answer any questions you may have about your furry family member. I would highly recommend Queen Street Vet to anyone, you will not be disappointed!

Wanted to thank Dr Heather and her entire staff for all the years of amazing service and care. From regular care to the emergency weekend and after-hours calls, we always knew we were in the hands of the best. There is no way I can truly state how comforting it was to have them helping us through the hardest decision we all come to, with genuine grace and compassion.

Thank you Dr. Meghan Kennedy and staff at Queen Street VS for your kind caring professionalism for easing my 19 year old Miss Kitty's suffering and for being kind and empathetic to Miss Kitty's human. It was a short notice appointment for a rapidly advancing decline and we were accommodated at the end of the day of what would typically be a very busy week for them.

Dr. Heather and all the staff at Queen Street Vet are second to none. Our black lab Daisy loves going there, even to get her nails trimmed - and the staff treats her like the princess she is. They suggested that Daisy would be suitable for therapy dog work and here we are a year and a half later working at a retirement home and loving it. Our girl is cared for as if is she was their own and we couldn't be happier with the treatment we receive. As well, the end of life care our other animals received was done with empathy, compassion, and love. Thank you Queen St Vet Services!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Our pup actually LOVES going to the vet. Why? Because they're so amazing with him! He thinks it's playtime, but really, they're examining him. They take the time to get to know his personality--he's not just another patient.

We've met both vets and several of the vet techs, as well as the front desk staff. Everyone is friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and welcoming.

Some people say it's pricier than other vets in the area, but I've worked it out and there's really not much of a difference. Even if there was, I wouldn't care—because they're really that much better. You will love this office, and so will your fur baby! :)
