Bruce Grey Dental Specialists

Dr. Encioiu treated me for a chronic tooth infection and performed a root canal procedure. I have had the root canals done in the past elsewhere and I was dreading another one... but, to my pleasant surprise, the whole procedure at Bruce Grey Dental was totally different: I felt extremely well taken care of, the pain was minimal, the communication superb (no surprises of any kind) and the professionalism on the highest level. If that was not enough, I also felt the entire team treated me in a caring, kind and very competent way. Needless to say, I am very grateful (and pain free!) and I highly recommend this place.
4 months afterwards, I went for a check up. Once again, a very positive experience. And free of charge :).

I found Dr. Morrison and all of the staff to be extremely knowledgeable, efficient, polite and capable. As someone who does not like going to the dentist for any reason, I needed to have two teeth extracted. One of the molars abscessed and due to a cancellation Dr Morrison was able to remove both teeth several weeks early. I had been on antibiotics for a week and choose nitrous oxide plus local freezing. Both extractions were pain free. Swelling has been minimal and post extraction instructions very clear. I highly recommend Dr Morrison and Bruce Grey Dental Specialists and personally if the need should arise in the future I wouldn't hesitate to have Dr Morrison perform dental work on me in the future.

After feeling frustrated with my dental pain, I was referred to Dr. Morrison and his assistant. He extracted my molar with great patience and ease. His professionalism and talent was awesome! Thanks for your help ☺️

Very organized with great Covid protocol. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. After examination I was informed that I did not require a root canal which showed me the honesty of the organization. I was told to call the office directly if I had any further problems and did not require a referral.

I had a root canal this morning. I arrived somewhat nervous and thinking the procedure would probably hurt on some level. There was no need for concern. There was a very high level of care and professionalism from the moment I entered the office until I left. Everyone is very reassuring and very nice. Dr. Encioiu was excellent. Not only was he competent and professional, he was a compassionate communicator explaining every step and how that might feel. There was no pain (not even the needles) and the procedure took 37 minutes instead of the anticipated 45 minutes. It’s a bit weird to say a root canal was a great experience but hey they did an awesome job. Thank you.
