Since my review, I have been treated with the utmost service and respect.
We are all human and I am grateful for the admittance of failure and I have accepted their apologies and my returned laptop that has been updated and working faster then ever. I was offered even further compensation that I did not require.
The result is a learning lesson and a customer that will come back. Thanks for the delivery elearning will be much easier with a fully finctioning device:) -
