I am new to the area and traded my Jeep in for a newer one. I was lucky enough to have Kevin as my Sales Consultant! I got the most amazing purchasing experience I have ever had!! Kevin was very knowledgeable about Jeeps and helped get me into the Snazzberry Pearl!! Customer Service was OUTSTANDING!!!! Everything was done for me quickly and efficiently!! Any questions or calls were answered immediately! He even followed up to make sure I was still happy!! I won’t go anywhere else!!

Well I thought customer service was some thing that had disappeared.
Not at Port Elgin Chrysler. Because of Joe and Kevin it was a real pleasurable experience to do business with them.

This dealership is very competitive in their pricing, therefore I was able to purchase local. Joe went above and beyond to deliver items to my house that I had left under the seat of the truck I traded in. Peter Oksanen the business manager was also very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
